FAQ

The processing time varies per item. Please allow up to 7 business days for jewelry and cups. All other items have a 2 week processing time. Depending on some apparel colors, there could be a delay with the manufacturer. When delayed, you will be contacted by Yellow Rose Threads. Processing times do not include shipping time.

Please reach out to Yellow Rose Threads to find out if your item can be rushed before purchasing. Keep in mind, an additional fee may apply.

We do not offer wholesale discounts, but we do offer bulk discounts. Please select the Bulk Order tab or contact Yellow Rose Threads at shopyellowrosethreads@gmail.com for more info.

  • We do not accept returns. 
  • Cancellation of orders will only be accepted within 24 hours of the order being placed. 
  • If you have any issues/problems with your order after arriving, please contact Yellow Rose Threads within 72 hours of order arriving.

Every item will receive a tracking number. After the order has been dropped off with the mail carriers, it is out of our hands. Shipping times can vary based off selection, holidays, and or natural disasters.

If you have not received a tracking number, please email Yellow Rose Threads asap so that we can update the mailing address. If your order is returned to us there is a $10 processing fee for each package. You will be responsible for the shipping fees to have the package mailed back to you. We are not responsible for delays for any missed events or late arrival of your order due to incomplete/incorrect addresses, undelivered packages or logistical issues by the mail carrier.

Please inspect your items for any damages, defects, or incorrect merchandise received. Contact us within 72 hours if there are any of the above so that we can evaluate the issues and correct it.
